Three Fold Noodles + Dumpling Co. is planning a new restaurant along Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock.
Three-Fold is reportedly planning to open a new restaurant that features a bar and sake brewery on Rebsamen Park Road. However, Three-Fold itself will not be moving from its current Main Street digs. The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports that this will be distinct from Three-Fold.
The dumpling restaurant’s owners recently filed a request for a zoning variance with the City of Little Rock to redevelop the location at 1509 Rebsamen Park Road. This property was previously the location of Marshall Clements Antique Store, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
The Little Rock Board of Adjustment is set to render their decision on April 29. The board is addressing some parking concerns concerning the variance request.
In other news, Three-Fold has raised their prices due to food cost increases. In a Facebook post, the company said that suppliers have increased costs by 20 percent, which reportedly is a result of the U.S.-Chinese trade war. The restaurant has raised prices by an average of 68 cents.
