La Petite Roche Technologies has announced the appointment of a new vice president.
The Safe Foods Corporation subsidiary has tapped David Fortune to be the company’s vice president. In his position at La Petite Roche Technologies, Fortune will be responsible for driving sales and development for the company.
Fortune has over 40 years of management experience with companies ranging from furniture manufacturers, consumer electronics, industrial goods, chemicals and more. He previously served as Plant Manager for Thomas & Betts, Vice President of Sales & Business Development for KMCO LLC, and as Director of Business Development for Athlon Solutions/Halliburton.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and previously studied marketing and finance at the University of Mississippi for three years. From 2013 to 2016, he served on the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates Board of Governors, sitting on the Government Relations Committee and the Membership Committee.
In addition, Fortune has been a member of the Houston Chemical Association for 15 years.
La Petite Roche Technologies specializes in innovative chemical formulation for industrial applications. The company’s products are trusted by leading companies across the United States. La Petite Roche’s North Little Rock manufacturing facility was opened in 2019.
