Today’s Power, Inc. (TPI) was created by Arkansas Electric Cooperatives in 2014 to serve our members who had a desire to offer community solar to their customers. As an integral part of the electric cooperatives, TPI has access to a wide range of expertise and resources and is an essential part of helping the electric cooperative and public power sector serve their members who are interested in solar and emerging technologies. By using the highest quality materials, building to utility grade standards, and knowledge of how utility rate structures work, the company can customize sound energy systems to extract maximum value for our customers. This knowledge has been key to setting TPI apart from other solar companies.

TPI offers utility-scale and commercial/industrial resources for its customers (Utility, Cities, and Commercial Businesses), including customized utility-scale and commercial solar and energy storage systems as well as electric vehicles (EV) and EV charging stations.

“Our team has utility experience, so when we design a system, it is to extract maximum value from the utility bill for the benefit of our customers,” said TPI President Michael Henderson. “As a subsidiary of the electric cooperatives of Arkansas, our company is built for long-term service.”
Matt Irving, vice president of operations, added, “We are not just a build, flip, and make a profit company. We are a long-term, stable partner for anyone looking to save money through renewable energy.”
