The Little Rock Regional Chamber has opened applications for Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXV.
Leadership Greater Little Rock is a program designed to “serve as the training ground for our future leaders,” according to the Little Rock Regional Chamber. It aims to create a network of professionals to meet the needs of Central Arkansas.
To be considered for the program, individuals must have resided or been employed in Pulaski County for a minimum of one year and have demonstrated leadership and competence at their job. The applicants must also have a “strongly professed interest and commitment to serve the Pulaski County area” and the willingness to dedicate time to the program.
Participants will be asked to commit to 10 full-day sessions plus a two-day out-of-town orientation retreat. Typically, sessions are held on the third Thursday of the month from October through June. Attendance at the orientation retreat, held October 6-7, is mandatory.
In addition, there will be some assigned projects.
Tuition for the program is $1,900 and must be paid in full by Thursday, September 19.
