A significant real estate deal has been closed for almost 30 acres in Northwest Arkansas.
A group of Little Rock investors has purchased a 27-acre plot in the Northwest Arkansas Pinnacle region in Rogers. Currently undeveloped farm land, the investors are looking to develop it into a “blend of high-density commercial, cultural, entertainment and residential spaces,” according to a Sage Partners press release.
Sage Partners will be leading the development of the Pinnacle project, and the company will be brokering and managing all of the project’s commercial properties. VCC Construction will be partnering with Sage Partners to develop the “mixed-use space.”a
Alex Blass, a partner at Sage Partners, is serving as the lead for the property purchase and the overall team. “I am excited about this opportunity to work with the City of Rogers,” he says. “I commend Mayor Hines, the city council and the planning commission. The recently-adopted zoning ordinances in Rogers keep pedestrians in mind and will allow us to design the kind of walkable urban neighborhood that the Pinnacle area needs.”
The project is expected to begin immediately. According to the SP press release, site work and design is set to start at once.
