Conway Regional Joins St. Bernards Among Best Places to Work

Conway Regional provides complete health care services to the growing communities of north Central Arkansas, centered on a 150-bed acute care medical center. Conway Regional is an independent health system governed by a local volunteer board and managed by CHI St. Vincent.

This fall, Conway Regional Health System was named only the second hospital among 36 companies as one of the Best Places to Work in Arkansas. The recognition program was created by Arkansas Business and Best Companies Group as a way of identifying, recognizing and honoring the best employers in Arkansas, as well as how they benefit the state’s economy, workforce and businesses.

Conway Regional employs more than 1,400 physicians, nurses, technologists, pharmacists, therapists, technicians and support staff from a variety of professions and is one of the largest employers in Conway.

“This is a huge honor and a validation of our culture at Conway Regional,” said Matt Troup, President and CEO. “This independent survey process confirms the high quality of our team and the exceptional work that they do every day. I could not be prouder of the passion and commitment they show to our patients and our community and how that calling is boldly reflected in their work.”
