Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic, a 32-physician specialty clinic in West Little Rock has entered into talks with CHI St. Vincent to discuss LRDC merging with the CHI St. Vincent organization. LRDC CEO Jennifer O'Brien confirmed the talks to Arkansas Money & Politics Thursday via the following prepared statement. "Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic recently signed a letter of intent with CHI St. Vincent Medical Group, a multi specialty clinic system with locations in central Arkansas and Hot Springs, to explore opportunities related to integrating operations in ways that benefit the health of patients in the community." O'Brien declined to elaborate on the timetable for such talks or potential outcomes. LRDC operates a three-story multi specialty practice at 10001 Lyle Drive, and employs approximately 250 employees. In June, seven LRDC gastroenterologists split off from the company to form their own clinic, Premiere Gastroenterology Associates (PGA). The new practice remains housed in the LRDC building.
